A4: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours after the purchase is made. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification as your order may have already entered the fulfillment process. A5: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders.

A6: Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.

A7: Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated to be 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday). Please note these are transit times and do not include the initial processing time.

A8: We currently only sell and ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Q9: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
A9: No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. territories to ensure reliable delivery.

Q11: What is the order cut-off time?
